Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations between the company TAYAUT (the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website www.tayaut.com (the “Client”).
Purchasing a product implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site.
Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are shown in euros including VAT (all taxes included).
TAYAUT reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order
All orders are final after payment confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering via the methods offered on the Site.
Transactions are secure.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered worldwide .
Average delivery times are displayed at the time of payment (varies by country).
The risks of transport are transferred to the Client upon delivery to the carrier.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order (worldwide accepted).
Conditions for accepting returns of TAYAUT products:

returned complete, clean, without damage or wear

in its original packaging as much as possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the return and verification of the product.
Article 8 – Responsibility & Safety
TAYAUT products are accessories intended exclusively for legal and compliant weapons.
The Client is responsible for complying with local shooting safety standards.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, designs, models, whether registered or not, are the exclusive property of TAYAUT.
All reproduction is prohibited.
